Hi everyone,

With the end of the year and Christmas nearly here, I just wanted to say a big thank you being being part of my community. I am so happy you are here and look forward to providing even more value to you and your teams in 2023.

2022 has been a hell of a year for me, with some deep lows but also the very highest highs I have ever experienced. As I reflect on the year and what I am grateful for, it is clear that what seems like a challenge in the moment is almost always only temporary. If you have a hard think about your “why” (Why you do you what you do? What are you hoping to achieve? Who are you doing it for and who do you want to support?), then life’s hiccups end up looking just like little speedbumps along your journey.

Whatever you have found challenging this year, I hope you overcome it soon.

Sometimes it requires the grit to keep going.

Sometimes it takes the courage to stop and change.

But whatever the right answer is, it requires action.

There are big plans in motion for what is coming up in the new year, and how I can help your teams succeed and be more creative, so after a well-deserved rest over the holidays, you can look forward to some exciting updates.
